I hate to admit it but I. AM. A. BINGER!
I’m not really sure when it started but just know that one day a long time ago I ate in secret for the first time and it kinda followed me into adulthood. Since beginning my weight loss journey, I have far less binging moments but every now and again the binge spirit takes over me and I eat enough for 5 grown men.

After a day (or weekend) of binging, I try my best to hop back on the healthy train as quickly as possible. I hold out and not eat until my first snack time or longer if I can manage. I drink water until I am stuffed and can barely fit any food my belly (this may not be safe. Don’t try this and talk to your doctor!) and I eat light for the next few days.
My method hasn’t been tested but, for me, it works. My weight usually stabilizes and my body feels pre-binge in no time!
I seriously hate that I sometimes binge and I wish I could stop.
