DOWN 8.2 LBS!!!

January has been a great month so far!! I have been sticking to my plan and the weight is finally coming off again. My goal for the month of January is to be at least 179 lbs. by February 1st! I have a little over a week to accomplish this goal, and as long as I stick to my meal plan, I will accomplish it!

The weight has been coming off because I have been pretty strict with my diet this month. My Church started our yearly fast of no sugar or processed foods. And then my trainer decided to start having monthly challenges. This month he said no fast food, junk food, and at least 80 oz. of water per day. So if I didn’t lose weight this month, something was wrong lol. This reminds me of the challenge I gave myself called Just Say No (read it here). I did that challenge back in December 2017 and it was the most weight I lost in a month because I said NO to all of my cravings! It was really hard, but it showed me that I could actually stick to something for a whole month!!

My goal for February is to lose 8 lbs!! I pray this is possible because the rumor is that the closer you get to your goal weight, the harder it is to lose the weight! So we will see if it is true, because I will be knocking on the door of 160 lbs. pretty soon!
