This week Malisa is sharing one of her new recipes that she made for herself a few months ago. It is pretty easy to make and tastes better than she thought! See the quick recipe below:
3 Large Avocados
Red, orange and green bell peppers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut 1/2 of an onion and 1/2 of all of the bell peppers
Scramble eggs and season to taste
Cut avocados in half and scoop out some of the filling
Stuff avocados with onions, bell peppers, eggs and cheese
Place in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes depending on how fast your oven cooks
Allow to cool and eat!
