I am super happy to say that I made it on the other side of the challenge!! And to be honest, I didn’t stay on track as much as I wanted to because of I guess life lol! But all in all, I think I accomplished what I wanted to! This was a great kick start to getting these 30 pounds off! This challenge got me used to meal prepping again and just preparing in general! If you guys remember from my last post, I went to the Pinky Promise Conference this past week and I tried to prepare as much as possible for it, but the fact that I wasn’t home and the sessions lasted all day made it pretty hard to stay on track eating wise. But I still tried to make healthier decisions when I could, except for the stop at Gus’ Fried Chicken (please no judgement here lol, I mean that is where the group decided to go, what was I supposed to do lol?!!)
These past two weeks I have been pretty busy and I just didn’t have time to meal prep all of my meals so there were a lot of protein smoothies, chicken salads and fruit!
